PLEASE NOTE:
All class participants are required to check-in at the service desk before each scheduled class/activity. A class/activity roster will be located at the service desk and participants MUST stop at the desk and be checked off of the roster before entering the turnstile. This policy is for anyone participating in swim lessons, youth basketball/hockey, volleyball, etc.
We ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start of class to allow time to be checked in at the service desk. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

All refunds are subject to a $10 processing fee . A prorated deduction may be assessed for each class held before cancellation.

RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS: The participant agrees to RELEASE AND FOREVER DISCHARGE the City of Dearborn, a municipal corporation, and its officers, employees, and agents, from any and all claims, liabilities, or lawsuits, including legal costs and attorney fees, resulting from his/her participation in this class/activity.
